All funds and plans purchased for use on Chaminade University Dining Services are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The Chaminade University Dining Services funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Chaminade University Dining Services funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the current semester.
All Chaminade University Dining Services Meal Plans and Debit Dollars funds are non-refundable. Unused Meal Allowances and Debit Dollars balances expire on the last day of the Spring semester. There are no transfers of DB dollars from the Spring to Fall semester.

Declining balance dollars that come with the meal plan are to be used to supplement Silversword Café meals. Students are encouraged to use their Declining balance dollars at the Courtyard Café, so students get to experience a variety of food options and have even more flexibility of dining when they want where they want.
Your Meal Allowance and Declining Balance Dollars are loaded on to your Student ID card. Each time a meal is eaten, your ID Card will be swiped, and one meal is subtracted from your weekly allowance. Unused meals expire by the end of the week and do not carry over to the following week and are non-transferable.
Declining Balance Dollars are loaded onto meal cards at the beginning of the semester and each time a purchase is made the money is subtracted from your account. Unused Declining balance dollars transfer from semester to semester. However, any unused Declining balance dollars remaining at the end of the academic year (end of Spring semester) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.
Declining balance dollars can be used at the Courtyard Café, and the Silversword Café. Use Declining balance dollars to purchase beverages, snacks or full meals at any time.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
Promotions:
Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply. Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time. Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
